سياسة الإرجاع باختصار
- يمكنك طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب
- يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية ومع علبته وفاتورته
- لا يمكن إرجاع النظارات الطبية المصنوعة حسب مقاس نظرك ولا العدسات اللاصقة بعد فتحها ولا بطاقات الهدايا إلا إذا كان فيها عيب مصنعي
- إذا وصلك منتج خاطئ أو تالف نتحمل نحن تكلفة الإرجاع أما في غير ذلك فتكون تكلفة الشحن على العميل
- بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه نرد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها خلال 7 أيام عمل
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with its box and invoice.
- Prescription glasses made to your prescription, opened contact lenses and gift cards cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- If you received a wrong or damaged item, we pay for the return. Otherwise, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- After we receive and check the item, we refund the same payment method within 7 business days.
