Availability and returns
Some Lensme lenses (certain colours or powers) may be out of stock at the supplier after your order is placed.
In that case you can replace the item with another colour or get a refund for that item.
Once any lens box has been opened it cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping & delivery

  • Door delivery, or pick up your order from one of our showrooms.
  • Free shipping on orders over SAR 150.
  • Riyadh: delivery within 48 hours. Other areas: estimated 3 to 10 business days.

Returns & refunds

  • You can return a product within 7 business days of delivery, with the invoice, at your own cost.
  • The product must be in its original condition and original, undamaged packaging.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Gift cards and custom-made prescription eyeglasses cannot be returned.
  • After we inspect the product we email you, and refunds go back to the same payment method.

Warranty

  • 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, with the invoice.
