How long do I have to return an order?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with its box and invoice.
Which items cannot be returned?
Prescription glasses made to your prescription, opened contact lenses and gift cards cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and check the item, we refund the same payment method within 7 business days.
Can I measure my face from my phone?
Yes. Open the face measure page and use your camera to get your pupillary distance, face width and best frame size. No photo is uploaded.
