If a product is unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will restitute the price you paid for the product within 7 business days following the date of payment. If your order includes products that are ephemerally unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. We will restitute the shipping fees for the rest of the order. If pertinent, we will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If you accept the replacement, and then wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined under Right of Return, the return postage will be covered by us. If you choose to decline this offer, and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse the price of the unavailable product.

‘Barakat Optical’ offers numerous online payment methods to pay for your orders, such as PayPal, Sadad, Mada, Master Card, Visa and Cash on Delivery - COD (Available only if delivery option is selected ‘Pick Up’ and the item is not custom made). Products sold by us are protected with 12- months conditional warranty. The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase. If you descry any manufacturing defects on your frames, lenses or sunglasses that are covered under our warranty policy, we will repair or replace your item free of charge, if it is returned to us within 12 months of purchase along with invoice. We might not accept products that have been tampered or mishandled. The warranty assessment is up to the discretion of ‘Barakat Optical’.

You could Contact Us to get the guidelines towards warranty claim process. Alternately, you could approach one of our retail outlets spread across KSA and UAE to claim your warranty.

11. Delivery

‘Barakat Optical’ offer its customers two methods of delivery. ‘Door Delivery’ at the address you designated on your order confirmation and ‘Pick Up’ your order from one of our retail showrooms located across KSA & UAE. The estimated delivery period will be 3-10 business days.

‘Barakat Optical’ work profoundly and strenuously hard to venerate the delivery times of products as shown on our website. However, we cannot be held responsible for the tardy deliveries or the package loss caused by a third-party to whom we have agreement for logistics or due to an unpredictable event. In an event where you do not receive your shipment, an inquiry will be conducted with the shipper that might take few days upon your claim for non-delivery or tardy delivery. During this period of inquiry, no restitution or re-delivery will take place.

12. Right of Return & Refunds

To return a product that you are not pleased with, ‘Barakat Optical’ grant its customers a return window of 7 business days from the date of receipts. Your right of return commences from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice.

Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The ‘Right of return’ only applies to products that are returned in its pristine, consummate condition. Any product that has been damaged or tampered, is not in its pristine packaging, or has packaging that has been damaged, will not be compensated. Also ‘GIFT CARDS’ and ‘CUSTOM MADE EYEGLASSES’ are not returnable.

If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery, and after the product is fully inspected, we will let you know by electronic mail that whether you are entitled for refunds. If you are entitled for a refund, then the amount will be reimbursed via the same payment method.
